If something here is wrong, we want to fix it, in the open.

How to report an error

Send it through the tips form (choose the correction option) or email hello@upnextnashville.com. A wrong name, a wrong neighborhood, a business marked open that is not, a business that never opened at all: all of it is worth sending. If the business is yours, say so; owners hear back first.

What happens next

Every report is checked against the source record and, where it matters, with the business itself. A confirmed error is fixed on the listing and, when the error ran in a story, noted on that story. Listings for businesses that never opened are removed. We aim to answer every report within two business days.
