Hattie B's is a Nashville original, so its growth is local news. Its East Nashville restaurant opened in late June 2026 at 1206 Gallatin Ave, and the Tennessean reported it as the chain's largest Nashville restaurant.
The work behind it was real: an $825,000 renovation rebuilt the building, the patio and a detached structure on the lot, and the doors have been open through the summer. East Nashville, which had watched other neighborhoods get the big Hattie B's treatment, now has the largest one in the city on its main street.
