Puesto is open at Nashville Yards. The modern Mexican restaurant lists its Nashville address, 991 Exchange Ln, with hours on its own site, and coverage of the opening set the debut in October 2026. It is the chain's first location outside California, where it built its name in San Diego, Orange County and the Bay Area.
The food pitch is specific: tacos on organic blue corn tortillas pressed in house daily, cheese-crusted tacos as the signature, and margaritas. The Nashville space is a substantial one, about 5,000 square feet, and the build-out ran to $2 million. Coverage of the opening names Isi Lombrozo among the owners.
For Nashville Yards, Puesto is the kind of tenant the district needs to feel finished: a sit-down restaurant with a point of view, open for lunch and dinner crowds rather than only event nights.
